Michelle Hightower was ordained as an Elder by Bishop Sherman Watkins and Bishop T.D. Jakes at the Potter House in Dallas TX. She is also a license Minister. She is an innovator with bold ideas, high energy and a heart for helping people advance the Kingdom of God.

Her secular profession is working as a Housing Counselor and a Homebuyer Educator. She counsels and educates people on how to achieve the American dream of owning a home. Her many ministry accomplishments include, being the founder of the Victorious Women’s Ministry where women are encouraged to express their God given ministry gifts; such as, singing, liturgical dance, poetry and preaching. She exemplifies virtuous leadership. She has a compassionate heart and an anointing to minister to all women and the entire Body of Christ.
First Lady Hightower has labored tirelessly beside her husband helping to increase and uplift the ministry. In the early years of ministry, she was one of the first praise and worship leaders. She is a prophetic singer and songwriter. She developed a finance ministry and administered church conferences and the local television program. She has a heartfelt desire to restore, build, establish, and settle God’s people through the vision of the man of God, her husband and Bishop Frederick Hightower Sr.
